At Bold Mind Wear, all products are custom-made on demand. This means each item is printed and produced only after an order is placed. Our fulfillment and shipping are handled by our trusted production partner, Printify and its network of professional print providers.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–7 business days.

  • This time is required for printing, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Shipping time estimates:

  • Local orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–20 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Destination

  • Shipping method

Exact shipping charges will be shown before payment is completed.

4. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships.

  • Some international shipments may have limited or delayed tracking updates depending on the courier.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by their country.

  • These fees are not included in product price or shipping cost.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a package is returned, reshipping costs will apply.

7. Delays & Shipping Issues

Because production and shipping are handled by third-party partners:

  • We are not liable for courier delays, customs clearance delays, or carrier disruptions.

  • However, we are committed to assisting you in resolving any delivery issues.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery date

  • Provide clear photos and order details

We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
